Sadly enough, gender inequality is still present in many companies and state agencies and it does not do them any good – there are many proven positive effects of gender-balanced companies, both in terms of cash and in terms of health for the employees. This demonstrates that having women as leaders can benefit an organization a lot!
Conversation will be divided into two concordant topics – how to find your place as a woman and the importance of including men into finding your life balance. Our invited speakers – Sari Rautarinta (Human Rights Adviser and Trainer, police officer in the Finnish police) and Agata Szymanska (Acting Gender Advisor at EULEX Kosovo) – will share their personal experiences and hold a discussion with the participants.
